1. Eligibility for returns
- Return Window: Most items can be returned or exchanged within 07 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories to be eligible for return. Items that have been assembled, installed, or show signs of use are generally not eligible.
- Reason for Return:
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product: You are eligible for a full refund or free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Notification with supporting evidence (unboxing videos/images) is required within 24 hours of delivery.
- Change of Mind / Personal Reasons: Returns for change of mind are generally not accepted, though in some cases, returns may be accepted with deductions for shipping and a restocking fee.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective or not as described).
- Items from clearance or final sale events (unless damaged or defective).
- Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use, assembly, or tampering.
2. Return process

- Information Required: Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos of damaged/incorrect items. An unboxing video is highly recommended for damaged/defective products.
- Verification and Approval: Our team will review your request and may verify the issue. You will be notified if your return is approved or rejected.
- Return Pickup or Self-Ship: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup if available. If not, we will guide you on self-shipping.
- Packaging and Condition: Items must be securely packed in original packaging with all tags, barcodes, invoices, and accessories. The returned item must pass our quality check; misuse or non-manufacturing damage will disqualify it for a return.
3. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. The refund goes to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds: For COD payments, bank details will be requested for transfer, which may take 2-3 additional business days.
- Refund Deductions:
- Change of mind returns (if accepted) may incur deductions for two-way shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are calculated by weight.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refund Limitations: Refunds may be suspended until goods are received and inspected. We reserve the right to deny a free return for previous COD orders canceled at the doorstep. The refund will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
4. Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchange: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchanges.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Process: The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
5. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction
We aim for amicable dispute resolution. Unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
